Korean Allspice Sauce GAJIN-YANGNYEOMJANG 가진약념장
Makes ½ cup, 5 minutes to prepare
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cheongju (rice wine) or dry vermouth
1 tablespoon, corn syrup
1 green onion, white and pale green part only, finely minced
2 cloves garlic, crushed and finely chopped
1 tablespoon sesame oil
½ tablespoon gochutgaru (Korean hot red pepper powder)
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. In a tightly sealed container, it will stay fresh in the refrigerator for at least 1 week.
